okay let's start with why i wasn't posting this few days.
firstly, training started.
secondly, i balled in school till like almost 6plus everyday.
thirdly, i was very lazy to blog, seriously :/
fourthly, (okay, this is surprising!) homework! HAHA. must believe me kay.
training 330-615 ? around that time lah.
didn't train much. i mean for me.
caus, there's a big big suckish problem with my toe ! argh.
i didn't trim/cut for a long time i guess.
and my basketball shoe had been too big for my foot :/
(maybe my leg shrink size) LOL.
the nail, grew too long and it cuts through my flesh.
so, painful lo. can't run properly.
i ended up siting down, taking off my shoes, blah.
tired to cut my nails, but was almost tearing! painful lah dey-.-
mr koh helped me, this one, really cannot tahan uh ! damn F. pain.
the yellow yellow plaque came out.
although i wasn't being able to play 5 on 5 right just now,
(and jianing, stop sticking out your tongue at me just because i can't play!) lol.
i trained my left hand lay up kay!
i know finger roll left hand already^^
last time my left hand really useless de kay! -.-
i need new basketball shoes ! seriously.
my current one is really lose !
no training tomorrow, but balling.
rugby c'div boys final tomorrow, for 9th/10th.
