training days changed, every tuesday thursday saturday.

kay nevermind, so yesterday training was fun, real fun.

not very tough, but fun.

was considered as b'div now, so weird :/

i know aryssa still can't adapt, cause yesterday coach say,

"c'div go the other court and start" .

aryssa was like, wanted to walk there. HAHAHA.

aryssa, b'div already lah, matured already ! CHEH.

did some drills at first, wasn't the same drills, as coach wanna train our passes.

(it really suck lots -.-)

wasn't that tiring/exhausted, just being tempt to play match by the guys.

cause they were playing games.

5 on 5, red white team seperated and then play.

guess what? WHITE TEAM WON BY ONE BALL !

hahahaha, we don't have much centre kay!

jocelin and iffah were at the red team, but in the end we still won ! :D

pumpings were done as what coach instructed.

if miss, pump 10.

every 2 ball run 2 rounds one court.

sat down and shoot at the dotted line , was fun :D

although i miss quite alot :/

after training, train-ed home with xinyi,rongying,yingxan.

wasnt't able to make it for lunch with teammates, cause i've got something on.

back home at 930, was late :/
